The Villa
Designer-decorated 2,000 sq. ft,  three +  bedroom Caribbean style villa with media loft and separate office area.   Fully equipped state-of-the-art open-concept kitchen with cooktop, convection/ microwave oven, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser.   Also included is a stacking washer & dryer.    There are 3 full-sized bathrooms ( 2 ensuite ) and a main floor  powder room.   Each bedroom has a TV, as well as a large TV and DVD/Video player in the living room and in the media room. (5 TV's altogether). The  Media Loft has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and café table.

The Development
Large 5-tier cascading swimming pool with waterfalls and  hot tub literally steps from your door.  BBQ area and 300' of pure white sandy beach steps away!  Soon to come:  regulation sized tennis court and a boating / fishing pier.   

Our villa is situated in the East End of Grand Cayman, away from the noise and congestion of  7-mile beach.  Yet, we are only a 20 minute drive from the Airport and 30 minute drive from Georgetown.. 

Several fine dining restaurants are nearby, including the famous "Portofinos", "Lighthouse",  "Pappagallos" and "Castro's Hideaway" where you can see the "Barefoot Man" perform on Tuesdays & Thursdays. (Reserve early, it sells out!)  

The main attraction of the East End, in addition to the tranquility, of course, is the fabulous diving.   It is a well known fact among divers that the best diving in Grand Cayman is in the East End.  There are several very reputable dive operators within a 5-10  minute drive.   

This is the ideal location and set-up if you are travelling with your family and not everyone is a diver.   Instead of being cooped up in a hotel room while the divers are out on the dive boats, you have a spacious home with a full kitchen and all the amenities, a beautiful refreshing pool and beach for the non-divers and children to enjoy.  

 The Floorplan
A fabulous floor plan in many ways, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, luxurious ensuite bathrooms and huge closets.  The sofa in the media room pulls out to a double bed as well. There is a patio with table and 4 chairs off the main floor and 2nd floor balcony with 2 lounge chairs and table.

 Main Floor
 The main floor bedroom with ensuite is separate from the other sleeping areas - perfect for guests, teenagers or perhaps older relatives travelling with you.
 

 
Second Floor
The spacious Master Bedroom has a King-sized wooden canopy bed and stunning cathedral ceiling with fan.  The luxurious ensuite has a separate shower stall and Jacuzzi soaking tub. The second bedroom has a four-poster Queen-sized bed. There is a walkout from both bedrooms to the second-floor balcony.

Media Room / Loft
The third floor media room is the perfect place to send the teenagers or children when the adults are watching TV or relaxing on the main floor. Conversely, if two couples are sharing the house, you don't have to agree on which DVD/video you want to see. However, the loft is so much more than a media room.   There is a separate area with a desk where you can plug in your laptop to the DSL and e-mail your friends, while telling them about the view over the ocean you are looking at from your desk.

 The sectional sofa also has a pull-out double bed.  The kitchenette has a coffee maker, microwave, small sink and mini-refridgerator; everything you need to make a small snack, or for breakfast at the café table.
